To prevent fraud and ensure compliance with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) obligations, EasyLandly may collect and process National Identification Numbers (NIN), Bank Verification Numbers (BVN), or similar identifiers.
Such data is used solely for verification and authentication.
By submitting this data, users expressly consent to its processing for the stated purpose. EasyLandly may share it only with authorized third-party verification providers that comply with the NDPR and NDPA.
The information shall not be used for marketing, profiling, or unrelated activities.
Sensitive data is encrypted, access-controlled, and deleted or anonymized within statutory timelines after the verification purpose has been fulfilled.
D. Transactional Data

In the event of a data breach likely to result in harm to data subjects, EasyLandly shall notify affected individuals and the NDPB within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the incident and shall take remedial action in accordance with applicable law.

EasyLandly reserves the right to amend or update this Policy from time to time. The most recent version shall be posted on the website, and continued use of the platform after publication shall deemed as an acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria including but not limited to:
- Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria;
- Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (“NDPA”);
- Nigeria Data Protection Regulation Implementation Framework, 2020;
- Nigeria Cybercrimes (Prohibition and Prevention, Etc.) Amendment Act, 2024;
- Nigeria Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2018 (FCCPA);
- Nigeria Freedom of Information Act, 2011;
- Nigeria Freedom of Information Act, 2011.
Any dispute arising from or related to this Policy shall be resolved by arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.
